The firm was founded by Jerald J. Schreck, an award-winning criminal defense attorney who has practiced in Arizona for more than three decades and has tried over one hundred jury trials. Earlier in his career, he served as a supervisor at the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office, where he led specialty court teams handling complex cases involving sex crimes, juveniles in adult court, and other serious felony matters.
In addition to his courtroom work, Mr. Schreck has taught continuing legal education courses for lawyers, law students, and criminal justice professionals throughout Arizona on topics including evidence law, Miranda rights, sentencing practices, and trial advocacy.
Together, the Schreck Law Firm provide decades of experienced representation guidance to individuals and families facing difficult legal situations.
